The renowned World's Fare at Holy Cross Orthodox Church will happen October 22, 2016.

This fund-raiser will feature traditional recipes from Greece, Palestine, Messenia, Romania, Syria, and Lebanon at the church’s 9th-annual World’s Fare Multi-Ethnic Food Festival.

There will be traditional music and dancing to round out the international experience.

Some of the specialties you don't want to miss-

Greek Table:   Stuffed grape leaves, Eggplant casserole, Macaroni and cream sauce casserole, Spinach pies and homemade Baklava

Slavonic Table:  Stuffed cabbage rolls, Sabbage casserole, Noodles and cabbage casserole, Kielbasa sausage and pierogis. 

Middle-East Table:  Tabbouli salad; Hummus dip with pita bread, Meatball sandwich with Middle-East flavorings and tahini sauce; Open-face meat pies and  2 types of Middle-East Pastries

Saturday September 24- Prep Day

Ladies making traditional Ethnic food;  Stuffed Cabbage (Halupki) and Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolmathes).  You are not only helping the church, but this can be a great learning experience for you and your children.   People actually pay for these type of classes!  Your's FREE!!!
